Care For Your Hair

Hairs do form an indispensable part of our beauty and personality. They are very significant in bringing change in our looks, style and personality. But then maintaining healthy and beautiful hairs has never been so easy. Almost all if us encounter some or the other problems with our hairs, but before looking for the solution it is very important to spot the actual problem and know our hair type.
Like, if someone has dark, dry, frizzy hairs that are more prone to dullness, split ends and dandruff then it is said to be ‘vata’ constitution. Then, people with light brown, red or blonde hairs that are thin, and have tendency to become oily they are said to be Pitta constitution. And at last if the hairs are thick, shiny and wavy then the composition is ‘kapha’.110907-beautiful-hair

Ok, let us not waste anymore time and move on to the most important tips for those healthy growing hairs.
• Do not forget to regularly comb your hairs, as it stimulates the oil producing glands and makes them naturally glossy.
• After shampooing your hairs, just give them natural conditioning by mixing lemon juice with a cup of warm water.

Some tips for dandruff:

• In half a cup of neem oil, just add 1 teaspoon of camphor. Just massage this oil before sleep and leave it overnight and shampoo your hairs next morning.
• Mix coconut oil, and mix half the quantity of lemon juice and massage into scalp.
• Mix mustard oil, coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon castor and massage.

Some tips for hair loss:

• Massage almond and coconut oil daily for 10-15 minutes.
• Rinse your hairs with neem boiled water.
• Eat lots of green vegetables, milk, salad, fruits etc.

Graying of hairs

• Though graying is a natural process but it should not be taken as lightly. In order to cure this problem apply a paste 2 teaspoon henna powder, 1 tsp fenugreek seed powder, 2 tsp basil juice, and leave it for two hours. Then wash off with a natural shampoo.

• Mix honey and grated ginger and store in a jar and eat 1 tsp daily.
For long hairs:
• Do not sleep with hair tightly tied, especially in braids.
• Get your hairs trimmed once every three months.
• Do not brush tangled hairs, use your fingers or wide toothed combs to comb them.
• Make sure you are always gentle with your hairs.
• Do not forget to remove all your tangles before washing your hairs.
• Sometimes even pillows have been found the reason behind hair breakage.
