How To Get Rid Of Dandruff

These dead cells first become visible as dandruff, when many become stuck together. A single white piece of dandruff consists 500-1000 dead cells. The reason for the sticking together is the hardening of the scalp skin, the cause of which is still uncertain. As the production of dandruff is accompanied by an increase in sebum secretion, experts believe that the bacterial decomposition of the grease produces substances that provoke excessive hardening.From time to time, however, dandruff can appear when the scalp is very dry and irritated, caused by poor shampoos, chemical treatments that are too strong, or because of excessive hot and dry air. Such dry air usually disappear on its own, as soon as the irritation of the scalp disappeared.
The possible cures of dandruff problem
*Always remember to keep your hairs clean. Wash your hair and scalp frequently, moreover it also depends upon how stubborn your dandruff is. Your washing techniques also effect dandruff always apply shampoo to the root of your hairs gently and massage softly, then wash it off with lukewarm water.
*Use herbal shampoo in case you have an oily hairs.
*Massage and daily brushing is extremely helpful in treating dandruff. Both of these hair exercises invigorates the blood circulation to scalp, promote the traffic of oil effusion and dislodge the dead skin cells.
*Eat less animal fats and more poly- unsaturated vegetable oils. Avoid sweets, chocolates, fried food, shellfish and excessive intake of iodised salt. Have more green leafy vegetables, chicken, fish and its product.
*Add a magful of water, two tablespoons of malt vinegar. After shampoo, rinse the hair with it. Towel dry your hair. This is an excellent remedy to prevent oily dandruff.

*Take a tablespoon of eau-de-cologne and two aspirins crushed into this liquid. Apply it on your hairs and wash it of with a creamy shampoo.
*Take a capful of mild water and squeeze lemon juice into it. apply to the roots of your hair and allow to dry. Do so at least two or three times a week.
*Never wash your hairs with boiling water as it encourages dandruff formation.
*Normally if you rinse your hair with little of vinegar (diluted with water) every time you wash your hairs, you might never face this dandruff problem.
*In case if dandruff does not clear up after these remedies take medical advice as scalp full of dandruff is a very good ground for bacteria and yeast fungi. This would lead to the added problem of the disruption of hair growth leading to hair loss.
